Puuilo stores Ltd is a low-price department store chain founded in Kainuu, Finland in 1982. During the starting years, the company sold household hardware items from old busses on the market squares of towns and villages. At the turn of the Millennium the company started to build their store network and the bus-trade was left behind. Today, Puuilo is a nationwide and strongly growing actor in retail trade, with over 30 department stores in Finland. In addition, the company has a web shop in Finland and Sweden.
